Hotel founded by his current owner on the year 1969 initiating his services as residence for students with a capacity for 25 persons. In those days the services of bathroom (shower, wash-basin …) they were located outwardly and were using of communal form.The initial prices for person were, in case of a single room, 60 of the former pesetas, and in case of the double rooms, they were charging 100 pesetas.
In the step of the years, the hotel has suffered some modifications, of which more important that it is necessary to stand out, they concern the infrastructure of the hotel, eliminating some of his rooms in order to place internally the services of bathroom, as they are now. The purchase of other floors in the same floor gave the opportunity to extend the number of rooms up to the 28 existing ones in today.
