Founded by the Lords of Chinchon in S. XVII, this former convent Augustinians protects its own monumentality in the old town of Chinchón, with the emblematic Plaza Mayor. In this context, the cypress trees, roses and alibustres garden plotted a beautiful figure, with a splendid touch faculty and softened by the blue of the pool.

Large windows and vaults, furniture and classical Spanish court and its beautiful spacious rooms, comprising the cojunto interior, which is characterized by an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. In the dining room are served soup garlic, suckling pig, lamb and cooked typical Madrid.
