CASA RURAL EL MELOJO Country House Lodge is located in a spot of immense ethnological value in Hornachuelos within the confines of the historic 18th-century quarter. Our country house lodge is built on a building that was used as a prison during the Civil War.

Our country house lodge is built on a building that was used as a prison during the Civil War, making it a historical reference point for the locals.

The passageways and corridors of CASA RURAL EL MELOJO Country House Lodge still echo with the steps of Beata Victoria Díez, who lived here until she was taken to the Rincón mine, where she was shot.

Our house was completely refurbished in 1998, to be opened to the general public later that year. It has a floor space of 960 m².

In an excellent state of repair, CASA RURAL EL MELOJO Country House Lodge is to be rented on a room by room basis throughout the year.
CASA RURAL EL MELOJO Country House Lodge can accommodate 23 people in its 9 air-conditioned rooms (6 doubles, 1 triple and 2 quadruples) equipped with:

We also have 3 extra folding beds and cots available.
