After breakfast, either as a snack or to have lunch with the best possible views from La Arquería, we offer our varied cafeteria or restaurant menus, both prepared with the finest quality meat and fish by our Chef, Mr. Raúl Quiles, who defines his cuisine as signature and international at the same time…. I like International cuisine but I always like to add a personal touch to my dishes.
Of his dishes, Raúl Quiles recommends: Shrimps and Tiger Prawns in Piperade and Flambé with Brandy,Grilled Fresh Foie in Pastry with Glazed Onions and Honey Sauce, Baked Turbot with Raisins and Pine Nuts, Grilled Sirloin Steak with Goats Cheese Au Gratin.
Our innovative mixed Dinner system (first course and dessert as buffet and second course to choose from a wide variety of meats and fish) will delight our guests. We havent forgotten our younger guests, either, as we have a special childrens menu exclusively for them..
